An evolutive flexible art project that explores critical and poetic approaches to space stations and habitats.
HOW WE ARE DOING IT:
Interpreting what SPACE SHELTER EARTH could mean in diverse parts of the world, in different cultures, beyond the main narratives.
Re-interpreted each time it is presented through collective creative sessions, using local in situ resources as well as a selection of imported items, each shelter becomes a temporary embodiment of ideas in an ephemeral artwork.
THE QUESTION REMAINS:
Is it a SHELTER in SPACE, are we SHELTERing SPACE, or SHELTERing EARTH, or is EARTH a SPACE SHELTER?
